In some circumstances there may be possible that you are not happy with the
product which you have received. We have terms in form of FAQs which decided by
company authorities for your resolution.
Q – When my product is eligible for return?
A – Your product will be returned if you have got it in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item. In such cases, You have to contact us on [email protected] with valid proofs within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not contact within 24 hours, Then we will not approve your return.
Q – What you will give? Refund or Replacement
A- We will give replacement of the product after getting return from you. In such cases, If replacement not possible then we will give refund to you.
Q – What is the return process of defected/wrong product?
A – Once you find that product is damaged/ defective or wrong then you have to inform us regarding it within 24 hours of delivery. Then you have to ship it from your address to our warehouse. Once we get the product back to us, We will give replacement.
Q – What about return shipping charges?
A- We will bear domestic return shipping charges. We will credit refund charges to our domestic customer. For international parcels company will not bear return charges as from our location it is not possible to get back globally shipped parcels. We are ensuring our customers that they will not get any damaged/defective or wrong products as we have QC team for checking. But in some cases mistakes can be happened because at all QC team are also humans.
Q – Can I cancel my order after I paid?
A – No, Order can not be cancelled once you have paid. Just confirm us about your order availability before you do payment. If you paid without asking availability and we don't have that product in stock then we have rights to cancel that order.
Q – How to get refund if i do payment by CC/DC?
A – You will get refund directly in your bank account which you have used to pay at a time of payment. You have to share your bank details to get payment back. We will process refund in 24-48 hours.
Q – I have paid by CC/DC, But order is still not confirmed?
A – If you have successfully paid by Credit Card or Debit Card then just send us receipt or screenshot of payment to us, If your order has not been confirmed by us. We will check and change status of your order.

Cancellation Policy :-
:- Once customer done payment, Order can not be cancelled after that. Cancellation will be done only if product will be not with us. So please do payment only after checking availability of product with us. Once paid, It can not be cancelled.
