SHIPPING & DELIVERY :-

CastilloFab is committed to Deliver Your Order Accurately in Good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 4-5 working Days, once the order is placed.We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents FEDEX, Speed Post will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, we request you to track your order on courier’s site after getting awb details of order.Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries with 5 day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days.

CHANGE IN ADDRESS :-

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@castillofab.com

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :-

Once we get full payment confirmation, We will dispatch your order. If any delay has been done in payment, Then we will dispatch your order only after getting payment. We will try to ship all products in time which has been shown on product page.

There should be delay of 24-48 hours if any problem occurs from manufacturer side. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible if any delay caused in custom clearance. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME :-

Once order dispatched from our warehouse, It will get deliver in 6-7 working days in domestic and in internationally it depends on the location of customer’s address. Customer can opt for express shipping options if they want fast delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ( WITHIN INDIA ) :-

There is not any fixed charges per order for shipments in India. It depends upon catalog weight and mode of payment. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use India Post, FedEx, Blue Dart, Dtdc, Etc courier services to deliver in India. The shipping charge is non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :-

CastilloFab delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost depends upon catalog weight and customer’s delivery location.

TAXES & DUTIES :-

For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone.
